Here are three great speeches given at the recent Coalition of Resistance rally that took place in London on the day the government announced the biggest spending cuts since the second world war. The rally was the first of many in which thousands of people gathered together to voice their anger at the disgraceful oppression of the poor of this country. These aren't simply reactionary, call-to-arms, revolutionary rants (not that there's anything wrong with those!), these are three well-informed speeches offering alternatives that could easily remedy the dire circumstances in which we find ourselves.

Protest works!

Here is an inspiring article by Johann Hari from today's Independant news paper. Its a great reminder that we have the power to change things and cause a real difference as long as we work together, fight the apathy and Give It All We've Got!
